Candyce Bourgeois is a senior Human Resources and Employee Relations leader with extensive experience advising organizations on workforce investigations, HR systems implementation, and organizational compliance.
She has led complex employee relations investigations, compliance initiatives, and workforce strategy programs across both union and non-union environments. Her work has supported global organizations with thousands of employees, helping leadership teams navigate workplace risk, strengthen HR infrastructure, and implement scalable workforce systems.
Candyce brings deep expertise in Workday HCM, HR investigations, policy design, and workforce analytics. She has partnered with organizations across multiple industries to develop training programs, improve workplace accountability, and ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
Throughout her career she has supported organizations including Deloitte clients such as Facebook, Cisco, the U.S. Department of Treasury, USC, and Disney.
Candyce holds a Master of Behavioral Science and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Technology from California State University, Sacramento. She is PHR-certified and holds certifications in workplace arbitration and Workday HCM.
